Manager Digital & AI Strategy – Automotive (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

As Manager Digital & AI Strategy, you will lead high-impact strategy projects in the automotive sector. You'll take ownership of digital marketing and AI strategy initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Your role includes managing workshops, conducting business analysis, and driving process innovation for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will serve as the primary liaison between our client and project teams, coordinating communications and supporting strategic decision-making. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track—meeting budget targets, timelines, and client expectations. Beyond project delivery, you'll mentor team members, contribute to business development efforts, and support pitches that expand our automotive practice.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent university degree in business administration, economics, computer science, automotive engineering, or related field
• Minimum four years of relevant experience in digital strategy or digital marketing within the automotive industry
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a creative, conceptual approach to problem-solving
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus comfort working with AI tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with strong teamwork abilities and self-motivation
• Fluent English required; German or other European language skills are a plus
• Interest in technology trends and data-driven value creation
