Responsabilités
Notre client, une scale-up technologique dans le secteur de la santé numérique, recherche un stagiaire analyste performance commerciale pour rejoindre son équipe Sales and Customer Operations en France. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et account managers pour optimiser leurs outils et processus.
Vos responsabilités incluent:
- Coordonner les projets transverses entre les équipes Sales, Account Managers et Support Client
- Déployer et optimiser les outils internes avec communication adaptée auprès des utilisateurs
- Structurer et déployer les projets de transformation avec l'équipe Sales and Customer Operations
- Piloter la performance commerciale en suivant les KPIs et les plans d'action via dashboarding
- Accompagner les équipes au quotidien sur les process et outils, résoudre les problèmes et maintenir la documentation à jour
Ce que nous recherchons
Le candidat idéal possède:
- Statut d'étudiant à la recherche d'un stage de césure ou de fin d'études (janvier 2027)
- Expérience en conseil, gestion de projet, optimisation de process ou Sales Ops en start-up
- Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais
- Capacité à trouver des solutions et à les présenter de manière simple et claire
- Autonomie et excellentes compétences en communication
Atouts supplémentaires:
- Maîtrise de JIRA, SQL ou Tableau
- Connaissance de l'allemand et/ou de l'italien
Détails du poste: Stage conventionné à temps plein, durée 6 mois, basé à Levallois-Perret (Paris), mode hybride, prise de poste janvier 2027.
