Notre talent team représente un client du secteur healthtech basé à Paris. Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire assistant(e) chef de projet déploiement pour rejoindre une équipe dédiée aux campagnes de prévention santé à partir de janvier 2027.
Vos missions incluront:
- Gestion contractuelle: Rédaction de contrats à partir de modèles fournis, suivi des signatures et mise à disposition des documents
- Suivi administratif et financier: Création et suivi des factures, gestion des règlements
- Coordination marketing: Collaboration avec les équipes marketing, médicales et web pour la création de contenus
- Analyse de performance: Suivi quotidien des campagnes en cours, préparation de présentations clients, benchmark de performance, analyses ad hoc et optimisation continue des résultats
Ce que nous recherchons
Le candidat idéal possède:
- Un niveau Master 1 ou Master 2, idéalement en école de commerce
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et goût pour l'apprentissage
- Aisance avec Excel et les chiffres
- Capacité à réagir de manière structurée face à des situations concrètes
