About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential premium lingerie organization in their search for a Field Trainer to cover Southern Germany for an 18-month fixed-term assignment. This is a remote-based role with extensive travel throughout the region, ideally centered around Munich.

Our client is an established international company with over a century of expertise in developing high-quality intimate apparel. They operate across multiple premium brands and employ more than 1,500 professionals worldwide. This position offers the chance to become a product expert and brand ambassador while working with department stores, retail partners, and events across your territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product and fit training sessions for retail partners, department stores, and sales personnel throughout Germany
• Organize and conduct training sessions, events, classroom workshops, and webinars
• Train store staff on collections, product features, fit expertise, and customer experience excellence
• Support retail teams and consumers with product knowledge and styling consultation
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, exchanging feedback to continuously improve performance and customer experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with department stores and retail partners through regular on-site visits
• Work with product development and internal stakeholders to translate product knowledge into impactful training programs
• Develop new training modules and materials in creative, practical ways
• Rapidly build comprehensive product knowledge during the first months in role

What We're Looking For

• Experience in training, coaching, retail, sales support, or comparable customer-facing positions
• Background in fashion, lingerie, textiles, or premium retail is a significant advantage; passion is essential
• Enthusiasm for product training and inspiring people
• Strong communication skills combined with commercial thinking
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage planning, travel, and multiple stakeholders
• Confidence presenting to groups with flexibility to adapt communication to different audiences
• Comfort working on the road and independently
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to give constructive feedback
• Strong interest in fit, styling, and optimal customer experience
• Practical, humble, and team-oriented attitude
• Fluent German and English required (application and communication will be in English)
• Willingness to travel frequently within Germany, primarily Southern Germany
• Availability for visits to Belgium for collection and product training
