About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential quick commerce organization operating across multiple European markets. Our client is scaling their micro-fulfillment operations in Germany and needs a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize inventory, demand planning, and operational efficiency across their network of dark stores.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves digging into data, solving operational puzzles, and keeping fast-moving retail operations running smoothly. You'll work at the intersection of supply chain, store operations, and category management to ensure customers get what they need while minimizing waste.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment across dark store locations in Germany, identifying risks before they escalate
- Build and maintain demand forecasts to guide ordering decisions, balancing product availability against operational waste
- Identify and troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks, from supplier delays to warehouse capacity constraints, and drive process improvements
- Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key supply chain KPIs including stock-outs, waste rates, and on-time delivery performance
- Collaborate with store teams, category managers, and central supply chain functions to optimize the end-to-end flow
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, retail operations, or a similarly analytical role
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving with ability to translate numbers into clear recommendations
- Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken) to work effectively with local teams and suppliers across Germany
Preferred:
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems or demand forecasting tools
- Background in FMCG, grocery, e-commerce, or quick commerce supply chain
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar tools to pull and analyze data independently
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate tasks and enhance productivity
