Manager, ADR – EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Manager, ADR - EMEA. This is a fully remote leadership role focused on building and scaling a high-performing account development team across European markets. You'll play a critical role in pipeline generation strategy, working closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive growth in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

Our client is experiencing significant expansion and needs a leader who can attract, develop, and inspire talent while maintaining a data-driven approach to performance and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global account development team, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and career progression into future go-to-market roles
• Partner with sales leadership on pipeline strategy, forecasting, and activity planning using data-driven insights
• Analyze CRM metrics, pipeline health, and team productivity to identify improvement opportunities and implement actionable growth initiatives
• Build a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and innovation within the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partner management, and customer success to optimize lead generation and conversion
• Drive team performance against pipeline generation and sales targets

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven track record leading high-performing global account development or sales development teams in a SaaS environment
• Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and data analysis
• Exceptional people management skills with demonstrated commitment to employee development and career advancement
• Results-oriented approach with history of exceeding team pipeline and sales targets
• Willingness to learn and utilize the client's platform

Preferred:

• Experience managing remote teams and driving success in transparent, distributed environments
• Track record of leading teams through organizational change and growth
• Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and strategies
