About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in Stuttgart that is building an innovative AI platform to support their internal teams. They are seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to help develop AI agents and automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency across consulting and advisory functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student passionate about artificial intelligence and automation to gain hands-on experience building practical AI solutions. The role offers complete flexibility, including the option to work fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents and specialized skills for internal workflows across tax advisory, audit, and consulting teams
• Translate business requirements from various departments into clear, robust AI workflows and automation solutions
• Create and refine prompts, decision logic, and structured questionnaires for AI systems
• Systematically test AI outputs, identify error patterns, and continuously improve quality standards
• Support integration and utilization of data sources and tools, including accounting exports, spreadsheets, documents, and internal knowledge bases
• Document solutions clearly to enable colleagues to use AI tools safely and effectively
• Stay current on developments in AI agents, large language models, and automation, and pragmatically implement relevant innovations
• Utilize AI and coding tools such as Claude and Codex to develop and implement your ideas

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration (with digital/technology focus), or comparable program
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, particularly large language models, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows
• Ideally some practical experience with Python, APIs, data preparation, automation, or vibe coding
• Structured work approach with analytical thinking; you question answers rather than accepting them at face value
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and collaborate effectively across different departments
• Prior knowledge of tax advisory, accounting, or DATEV software is welcome but not required—your curiosity and willingness to learn matter most
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Location: Stuttgart (remote work possible)
