About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential legal technology organization seeking a Customer Success Manager to support their UK client portfolio. This is a remote position based in London, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and enterprise search solutions serving major law firms.
As the first customer success professional on the ground in London, you'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with prestigious legal clients and shaping how they leverage advanced technology to transform their knowledge work. You'll work closely with our client's global team while maintaining ownership of the UK market.
Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through technical implementation and onboarding, customizing strategies to meet their specific organizational needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder expectations across technical and business teams
- Lead training sessions and quarterly business reviews with senior legal professionals and decision-makers
- Proactively identify and resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics, identify expansion opportunities, and drive renewals by demonstrating ROI
- Collaborate effectively across European and North American time zones as needed
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles, preferably within SaaS or legal technology
- Strategic and self-directed mindset with the ability to thrive in a scale-up environment and build processes from the ground up
- Polished communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging C-level and senior legal professionals
- Law degree or prior legal practice experience strongly preferred, demonstrating deep understanding of legal workflows
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and explain complex software solutions
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI and large language models
- Detail-oriented approach to managing tasks, timelines, and multiple client requests simultaneously
- Responsive and reliable, with proven ability to manage a book of business effectively
- Flexibility to accommodate meetings across different time zones for global collaboration
