Solutions Architect

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential blockchain analytics organization in their search for a Solutions Architect based in the United Kingdom. This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and customer success, working with strategic private sector clients throughout the complete customer lifecycle.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll serve as the technical lead during the sales process, then stay with the customer post-sale to deliver hands-on implementation and adoption. You won't just design solutions—you'll own the outcome, configuring and deploying products yourself while ensuring customers achieve measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams as the technical lead, conducting discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proofs of value to secure technical wins
• Design customer-specific solutions for product deployment and integration, providing guidance on technical challenges from architecture through code implementation
• Own the end-to-end post-sale experience by personally configuring, deploying, and tuning products rather than coordinating others to do so
• Drive sustained adoption and measurable value through fast onboarding, usage monitoring, product health reviews, and proactive intervention when adoption declines
• Map customer workflows to product capabilities across investigations, compliance, security, and data analysis solutions
• Become proficient with the platform's investigative tooling to surface actionable insights and integrate solutions into compliance and risk workflows
• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, resolving questions across technical, compliance, analytical, and operational domains
• Communicate complex technical requirements to product and engineering teams, including data gaps discovered in the field
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to identify business opportunities and expand relationships with private sector customers

What We're Looking For

Required experience and skills:

• Direct experience working in or with private sector institutions such as banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, or blockchain development teams
• Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows with credible practitioner experience in investigations, compliance, fraud, risk, or security
• Technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations and familiar with SQL data structures
• Track record in account or customer management for enterprise SaaS businesses, including commercial awareness and partnership with sales on renewals and expansion
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, curiosity, and fast learning ability
• Collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge generously
• Fluency in English

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of financial compliance and anti-money laundering obligations
• Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling to improve delivery quality or speed
• Experience handling sensitive data and proprietary methods while protecting confidentiality
