Working Student – Online Marketing Coordination (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Working Student - Online Marketing Coordination. This part-time, limited-term position is based remotely within Germany and offers hands-on experience supporting digital marketing initiatives that connect patients with clinical research opportunities.

You'll work alongside experienced marketing professionals, gaining practical exposure to content creation, digital campaigns, SEO, and performance analysis while contributing to meaningful healthcare projects. This role requires native-level German and fluent English, as you'll be creating and supporting content for German-speaking audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels
• Assist in creating and optimising digital content, including website content, newsletters, landing pages, and social media materials
• Contribute to SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimisation, and website performance monitoring
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and provide insights to support continuous optimisation
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to help identify opportunities for improving patient recruitment campaigns
• Collaborate with colleagues across Online Marketing and other internal teams to support shared business objectives
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Online Marketing team and assist with additional marketing projects as required

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German language skills (C2) and fluent English (C1/C2)
• Currently enrolled at a German university, ideally studying Marketing, Communication Science, Digital Media, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Reddit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques
• Interest in healthcare, clinical trials, or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
• Previous exposure to digital marketing through internships, university projects, or part-time work is advantageous but not essential
