Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting firm seeking a motivated intern or working student to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. In this role, you will:

• Support the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate pre-qualification
• Screen incoming applications, evaluate candidate profiles, and identify qualified talent for further consideration
• Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in candidate interviews
• Learn professional recruiting tools and processes while contributing to active searches

What We're Looking For

Our client values candidates who bring structure, communication skills, and genuine interest in human resources:

• Currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field—or seeking practical recruiting experience through an internship
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR processes, and working directly with people
• Excellent communication skills with confidence conducting phone and in-person conversations
• Organized, reliable work approach with readiness to take on responsibility quickly
• German language proficiency required for candidate interactions
