Junior Data Scientist – Casablanca

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data consulting organization seeking a Junior Data Scientist for their Casablanca office. Our client specializes in transforming business challenges through advanced analytics and machine learning solutions across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy data science solutions and machine learning products for client projects
• Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve real-world business problems
• Collaborate with consulting teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Write optimized, production-ready code following MLOps best practices
• Work within feature teams alongside data engineers, ML engineers, and software engineers
• Apply state-of-the-art algorithms to real-world datasets across various industries
• Contribute to internal tooling and knowledge sharing within the data science practice

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing data-driven solutions in corporate or consulting environments
• Strong knowledge of data processing, data modeling, algorithms, and data architecture
• Fluency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages
• Proven experience leading technical projects in business contexts
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to structure approaches for maximum impact
