Product Manager Apprentice, Checkout

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading European e-commerce platform in their search for a Product Manager Apprentice to join their customer journey team in Paris. This apprenticeship position offers hands-on experience optimizing checkout flows and conversion funnels through systematic A/B testing and cross-functional collaboration.

Our client operates at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and consumer experience. You'll work within their Checkout Squad, directly impacting how millions of users complete their purchases on both web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the full product lifecycle from ideation through prioritization, development, and launch
• Write detailed specifications and user stories for engineering teams
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates from product pages through checkout completion
• Perform quality assurance on implemented features
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Monitor feature performance metrics and measure impact post-launch
• Challenge and prioritize feature requests to ensure maximum value delivery

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English (mandatory for this international team)
• Must be enrolled in a French work-study program (contrat d'alternance/d'apprentissage)
• Preferred: Prior experience working with software developers, Agile methodologies, UX research, or A/B testing

Tools you'll use: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Suite, Amplitude Experiment and Analysis

Contract Details: Apprenticeship starting January 2027, ideally 24 months (12 months negotiable). Based in Paris with hybrid work arrangements.

Pay
