Lead Software Engineer – Paris

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential data and AI consulting organization in Paris. As Lead Software Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor on strategic client engagements, tackling cutting-edge problems that few engineers have yet encountered.

You will work on high-impact missions such as:

• Deploying production-grade multi-agent AI systems – Build scalable architectures using frameworks like LangGraph on Kubernetes, integrating language models as orchestrated components with proper evaluation and guardrails
• Modernizing analytical data platforms – Design and implement medallion architectures, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure data quality during complex migrations
• Building robust cloud platforms – Architect solutions on GCP, AWS, or Azure that serve enterprise-scale requirements
• Leading technical teams – Provide constructive code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure delivery quality while defending technical decisions with clarity

This is a hybrid role with occasional presence required in Paris (maximum 2 days per week). Remote work is possible from anywhere in France.

You must bring expertise in at least one of these specializations:

• Analytics Engineering
• Software Development
• Site Reliability Engineering
• Cloud Architecture
• AI Engineering

Experience with technologies such as Python, FastAPI, dbt, Docker, Terraform, and major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is highly valued. Our client adapts to various technology stacks, so flexibility and quick learning are essential.

GenAI experience: You should be comfortable using AI coding agents as productivity levers in your daily work and have interest in building systems where language models are orchestrated components rather than standalone solutions.
