Field Account Executive ( Hospitality Tech )

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking a Field Account Executive to join their team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a platform that is transforming how restaurants operate across the UK market.

In this role, you will use a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and onboard new restaurant clients in your territory. By understanding each establishment's unique needs, you will develop customized solutions that help their businesses thrive.

This is a field sales position with approximately 80% of your time spent meeting clients in person and 20% working from home.

Responsibilities

• Generate lists of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through contract closure (experience with self-sourcing clients is a significant advantage)
• Conduct product demonstrations and develop solutions that best meet each prospect's operational needs
• Partner with internal teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met during implementation and delivery
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities, pipeline, and client communications
• Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position our client's platform in the market

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a related field and industry
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, creative, and flexible approach to problem-solving
• General technical proficiency with software platforms
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is beneficial but not required
