Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing technology company in the education sector. They are seeking a creative marketing agency or agile team based in Sri Lanka to establish a long-term partnership focused on performance-driven content production and digital acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-performing UGC-style video advertisements for mobile applications
• Recreate and localize successful creative concepts across different markets
• Generate AI-assisted video content at scale with rapid turnaround
• Develop new creative concepts and iterate quickly based on performance data
• Execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms (second phase)
• Manage paid acquisition strategies as the partnership evolves
• Collaborate closely with the client's team on campaign optimization

What We're Looking For

• Creative agency or small startup-minded team based in Sri Lanka
• Strong portfolio in creative production with emphasis on video content
• Proven experience with mobile app marketing campaigns
• Deep familiarity with Meta and TikTok creative requirements and best practices
• Comfort using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
• Fast execution capabilities with excellent communication skills
• Startup mentality with enthusiasm for rapid experimentation
• Track record of producing performance-driven UGC-style content
