Senior Revenue Operations Manager – GTM Systems and Automation

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to lead their GTM Systems and Automation function in London. This is a strategic role at the intersection of business operations, sales technology, and data-driven decision making.

In this position, you will own the technical backbone of the go-to-market organization, transforming complex operational processes into seamless, high-performing systems that directly impact revenue growth. You'll partner with senior stakeholders across the business to eliminate friction, scale systems, and build automation solutions that enable field teams to execute more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive the GTM technology roadmap, including Salesforce configuration, sales engagement platforms, and data enrichment tools, while piloting emerging AI capabilities to automate manual workflows
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear user stories, technical specifications, and UAT testing plans
• Define key system-level performance metrics, build automated dashboards, and collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to maintain data integrity
• Lead enablement and change management initiatives by creating documentation, conducting training sessions, and driving adoption of new system features across field teams
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to streamline business rules and optimize the customer lifecycle from initial acquisition through expansion
• Manage delivery of technical projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, tracking progress and dependencies in collaboration tools

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS within Revenue Operations, Field Sales Operations, or GTM Systems Architecture
• Strong functional understanding of Salesforce, including data flows and system integrations
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or advanced Excel
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, writing detailed user stories, and managing delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies in Jira
• Builder mindset with ability to translate qualitative business needs into scalable technical designs
• Relevant professional experience or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with modern GTM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, LeanData, Clay, or Salesloft
• Exposure to implementing AI capabilities for predictive scoring or automated routing
• Practical SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake or AWS data pipelines
• Advanced degree such as MBA or related Master's degree
