Werkstudent (m/w/d) Sales Support & Kundenbeziehungen

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization in Germany that is looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to support their sales team in building and maintaining client relationships. In this role, you'll be among the first points of contact for new prospects and will help identify and advance business opportunities.

This is a remote working student position requiring 15-20 hours per week. You'll work closely with the Sales Lead, receive direct coaching, and develop genuine sales skills step by step.

Responsibilities

• Handle initial contact with potential clients at decision-maker level via email and telephone
• Qualify incoming inquiries, clarify needs, and coordinate next steps with the sales team
• Support relationship building with startups and SMEs with focus on long-term cooperation and sales potential
• Document contacts, activities, and next steps accurately in the CRM system while maintaining high data quality
• Assist in creating and updating sales materials such as presentations, references, and proposal components

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student able to commit 15-20 hours per week
• Confident working with digital tools, ideally CRM systems and Office applications; comfortable using AI tools for efficiency gains
• Diligent, reliable, and careful worker who maintains overview when handling multiple topics simultaneously
• Enjoys approaching people and maintaining relationships in a professional and committed manner
• Very strong German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Must provide current enrollment certificate and transcript of records
