Financial Analyst (Entry-Level)

We are representing a confidential Web3 security organization in their search for a detail-oriented, highly organized Entry-Level Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to build a strong foundational skill set in corporate finance and accounting while supporting a fast-paced finance team in the digital asset ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, scrub, and organize large sets of financial records, ensuring absolute data integrity across ledgers and reporting systems
• Assist with and perform detailed daily and monthly reconciliations (bank, revenue, COGS), including rigorous investigation of variances and discrepancies
• Provide comprehensive general accounting support, including preparing journal entries and organizing month-end close documentation
• Assist with financial modeling, statistical analysis, and support the budget and forecasting process
• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team based on variance analysis and special project findings
• Support senior analysts in streamlining financial reporting workflows

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.6
• Completion of mid-level finance and accounting courses
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong emphasis on data manipulation
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills—must be comfortable diving deep into data to find and fix discrepancies
• Strong organization, time management and ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated to learn and tackle new challenges
• Bonus: familiarity with tools like Python or Google Apps Script to assist in automating routine reconciliation tasks
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be determined based on the skills and experience of qualified candidates. Our client has indicated a target range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually for this role.
