Agency Operations Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential travel technology client in their search for an Agency Operations Consultant. Our client is building modern infrastructure for the global travel industry, and their Operations team ensures seamless post-booking processes. This role sits within the Agency Ops function, which handles the financial reconciliation backbone of the business—managing airline disputes, supplier reconciliation across multiple payment rails, and fraud investigation.

This is a permanent, hybrid position based in London (2 days onsite per week), starting as soon as possible. You'll report to a Senior Agency Ops Consultant and work within a lean, experienced team supported by a BPO extension.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyse, and process incoming ADMs (Agent Debit Memos) from airlines, tracking each case through to timely resolution
• Perform day-to-day supplier reconciliations across VCC, ARC, BSP, and other sources, including multi-currency transactions (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD)
• Resolve ARC-specific errors and discrepancies
• Process and reconcile irregular refund requests
• Maintain accurate chargeback, fraud, and reconciliation records with complete supporting documentation
• Support onboarding of BPO agents and respond to queries
• Coordinate directly with airlines and internal stakeholders to move disputes to resolution

What We're Looking For

• Experience in reconciliation, accounts, or back-office airline operations
• GDS experience (required)
• Comfortable working across multiple currencies and supplier systems
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
• Confident communicating with airlines and internal teams to drive resolution
• Organised and process-driven approach, with comfort owning documentation and audit trails for reconciliation work
• Ability to manage ADM dispute cases from initial receipt through to airline resolution
