Werkstudent (m/w/d) | Fullstack Developer

About the Role

We are representing a fast-growing mobility technology client in Berlin seeking a Werkstudent Fullstack Developer (m/w/d). This is not a traditional working student position—our client needs someone who takes ownership of features from concept through deployment, works AI-first, and exercises strong judgment about what to build, why, and when it's ready to ship.

You'll join a small, dynamic team where your code goes live in days, not quarters, and where AI tools are central to how work gets done. If you love cars, build things people actually use, and work with AI as a native tool, this opportunity offers genuine responsibility and a steep learning curve.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop web platform, mobile app, internal tools, and software products (frontend, backend, and mobile)
• Own features from initial idea through go-live
• Build and configure AI agent workflows using Claude and similar tools—not just using them, but understanding and creating them
• Support API integrations for vehicle data, social media, marketing tools, and other third-party services
• Bug fixing, testing, and continuous improvement of existing systems
• Contribute to technical decisions—your ideas count and your feedback is valued

What We're Looking For

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, or comparable (motivated career changers with portfolio welcome)
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ideally Next.js—you don't need to master everything, but you should understand code and learn quickly
• Someone who asks "Why?" before coding: you care not just that something works, but how it lands with customers and what value it brings users
• Interest in automobiles and modern mobility
• Strong understanding of social media, digital platforms, and digital products
• Eagerness to work AI-first: setting up agents, building workflows, and experimenting with new tools before everyone else does
• Appetite for challenges, self-initiative, and motivation to constantly learn and reinvent yourself

You don't need to check every box perfectly. Our client seeks curious people with good taste, quick comprehension, enthusiasm for automotive, positive energy, and original ideas.
