HR-Generalist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential medical technology organization with a global footprint and several hundred employees across the DACH region. This full-time, permanent position is based in Hamburg and offers the opportunity to work in a comprehensive HR Generalist capacity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing holistic HR support to a defined employee population
• Advising leadership on personnel matters and employment law questions
• Collaborating with works councils and external legal advisors
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for your assigned area, from job posting through onboarding
• Contributing to the optimization of HR processes
• Supporting integration activities related to post-merger integration projects
• Working closely with the HR Business Partner team
• Managing administrative HR processes including master data and time management
• Participating in HR projects such as onboarding programs and corporate benefits initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Commercial apprenticeship or degree with HR focus
• Several years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within an international corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of individual and collective employment law in Germany
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and professional composure
• Experience in project work and project management
• Proficiency with HR software and digital tools
• Business-fluent English, both written and spoken
