Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential insurance technology organization seeking a Customer Care & Claims Agent for their Netherlands market. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary contact point for customers and partners in the Netherlands, handling inquiries via phone and email with thorough documentation and first-contact resolution
- Independently process new claims cases and proactively monitor them to ensure timely progression
- Maintain service level agreements and availability standards through self-directed work practices
- Ensure customers and partners receive clear, transparent explanations of decisions and processes
- Actively use and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot) and proprietary contract management platforms
- Collaborate with the operations team to continuously improve processes for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Native Dutch speaker with fluent English; German is a plus but not required
- Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or service center environments; insurance industry background is ideal
- Strong customer orientation, decision-making skills, and assertiveness combined with excellent communication abilities
- Friendly, open personality with enthusiasm for customer interaction across phone, email, and chat channels
- Preferred: B2B experience, technical aptitude, and comfort using AI tools to enhance work efficiency
