(Senior) Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital health organization that is transforming care for patients with chronic conditions across multiple European markets. Our client operates a prescription-based digital therapeutics platform with regulatory approval and insurance reimbursement pathways already established.

We are seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to take ownership of consumer-facing therapy applications used by patients under physician care. This role centers on behavior change, retention mechanics, and creating mobile experiences that genuinely move patients toward sustained health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete patient journey from prescription through onboarding, active therapy, and long-term engagement
• Lead product strategy for mobile therapy applications across iOS and Android platforms
• Apply behavioral science principles—habit loops, nudges, feedback systems—to drive sustainable usage and clinical outcomes
• Optimize App Store presence, ratings, and ASO as core product levers in the activation funnel
• Integrate AI capabilities thoughtfully as tools to accelerate development and personalize experience, always grounded in analytics
• Work cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, and design teams in a high-agency environment where outcomes matter more than process

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on product management experience with consumer mobile applications
• Deep understanding of iOS and Android platform realities and how to work effectively within those constraints
• Fluency with data analytics, experimentation frameworks, and practical AI application
• Fluent in both German and English
• High agency mindset—you push work forward, bring stakeholders along, and don't wait for permission
• Product taste: you recognize the difference between functional and exceptional, and know what users expect in 2025 and beyond
• Bonus: experience building patient-centric or behavior-change products, or demonstrated passion for health outcomes

Location and Employment Details
