Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential luxury goods organization in their search for a Global Head of Communication based in Hamburg. This is a direct-to-CEO role with full ownership of communications strategy and the potential to expand into broader brand leadership.

Our client is building a global presence through narrative, thought leadership, and strategic media placements rather than traditional advertising. They're looking for someone who can position their leadership on the world's most relevant stages and shape how the company is perceived across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

• Secure placements for the CEO and company on top global podcasts, talk shows, and speaking platforms
• Build and maintain an active network of journalists, podcast hosts, and editors across multiple countries
• Develop sharp, opinionated PR statements that take clear positions and generate media attention
• Shape the company's narrative and drive thought leadership across all relevant media formats
• Potentially assume broader brand ownership, shaping how the company looks, feels, and is perceived across every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

• An existing, active global network of journalists, podcast hosts, and media contacts
• Proven track record positioning executives as public thought leaders
• Genuine understanding of the luxury segment — the codes, standards, and attention to detail that define premium brand communication
• The instinct to identify which narratives work, which platforms matter, and how to make stories land
• Fluent English required
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Genuine appetite for working closely with a hands-on CEO
