About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential global technology services organization seeking a Business Development Manager to join their rapidly growing AI data solutions division in Paris. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with prestigious technology companies requiring high-quality training data for machine learning and AI applications across multiple domains.
As part of our client's international team operating across more than 100 cities worldwide, you'll drive business development for their AI data services, working with clients who are shaping the future of human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients in target markets, understanding their business and technical needs in the AI data space
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through qualification, proposal, and closure
- Drive customer success and satisfaction through strategic partnership and relationship management
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with revenue targets
- Maintain deep knowledge of AI data products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Track opportunities and manage pipeline within CRM systems, providing accurate weekly forecasts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures to deliver client solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide executive updates on account health, risks, and opportunities
- Manage overall financial health of assigned accounts, driving efficiencies across processes and technology
- Represent the organization at trade shows and contribute to marketing initiatives including case studies
- Identify and propose innovative service offerings to meet evolving market needs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the AI industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in technology or AI-related services
- Superior communication and presentation skills in French and English
- Strong relationship-building abilities with clients and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing complex stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive profitable business outcomes
- Service-oriented mindset with commitment to exceeding client expectations
- Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, international teams
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented approach
