Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pest control organization serving commercial clients across Germany. In this People & Culture role based in Velbert, you will:

• Shape a modern, values-driven company culture and serve as the primary point of contact for all personnel and team matters for field technicians
• Guide the full recruitment and onboarding process for new technical staff, ensuring smooth integration into the team
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators including capacity utilization, efficiency, and service quality metrics for the technical team, steering operational results in close collaboration with senior leadership
• Serve as the independent liaison with the external tax advisor on all HR and payroll-relevant topics, including monthly payroll preparation, master data maintenance, and certification processes
• Conduct regular employee and goal-setting conversations, track relevant HR and performance KPIs, and support individual development
• Act as the bridge between senior management, technical team leads, and field technicians

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in human resources, HR management, or team-centered staff leadership
• Foundational knowledge of payroll preparation and experience working with tax advisors or payroll service providers
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering cohesion and engagement
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking for managing personnel and productivity metrics
• Confident presence, high social competence, and genuine enthusiasm for working with operational teams
• Fluency in German is required for this role
