Responsibilities

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with key contacts and executives at customer organizations
  • Review ongoing customer campaigns and provide strategic guidance to maximize value
  • Successfully onboard and deploy new customers by collaborating closely with engineering teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on product capabilities and personalization best practices
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing to ensure customer needs are met
  • Drive measurable outcomes including KPI impact, revenue retention and growth, and product enhancement opportunities
  • Balance short-term project delivery while proactively planning for customer expansion and evolution
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide feedback to key stakeholders
  • Identify, enable, and manage upsell and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of enterprise SaaS customer success experience
  • A thoughtful and empathetic approach when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
  • An analytical mindset focused on uncovering growth opportunities for customers
  • Understanding of the AI software landscape and its applications
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers, each with unique visions and success metrics
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating roadmaps and onboarding initiatives alongside engineering and product teams
  • Preferred: Experience working with international customers in previous roles
