About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital marketing client seeking a YouTube Strategist / Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This role combines strategic consulting, client relationship management, and hands-on YouTube optimization work. You'll guide clients toward channel growth while collaborating across sales and product functions.
Location: Poland (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (flexible)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead client workshops focused on YouTube strategy and growth
- Create performance reports and analytics summaries for assigned accounts
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure client success
- Manage your own portfolio of client accounts, providing strategic guidance on YouTube optimization
- Develop video SEO strategies and content recommendations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Provide hands-on support for video marketing and channel development initiatives

Required:
- Passion for YouTube and video content (personal channel experience is a significant plus)
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
