Senior Fullstack Engineer (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the energy technology sector, seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their Munich-based team. Our client is building critical infrastructure that powers electric vehicle charging and energy management across Europe. This is a hands-on role where you'll own meaningful product areas end-to-end and work across the entire technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features across backend, web, and mobile applications that serve operators and end users throughout Europe
• Take full ownership of projects from discovery and technical design through deployment and continuous improvement
• Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance customer impact with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers throughout the development lifecycle
• Elevate engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team
• Contribute to quality, reliability, performance, and security improvements across the platform

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record shipping fullstack products
• Strong experience across both frontend and backend development
• Technical proficiency with JVM languages (Kotlin preferred), TypeScript/React, React Native, and cloud platforms (AWS experience is a plus)
• Product mindset: you stay close to users, make thoughtful trade-offs, and iterate based on feedback
• Commitment to engineering quality including testing, observability, and maintainability
• Comfort using AI tools daily to accelerate development and problem-solving
• Clear communication skills in English; German language skills are a bonus
• Experience in B2B SaaS, energy, or mobility sectors is advantageous but not required

Work arrangement: This role requires on-site presence in Munich at least three days per week. The position is open to all genders.

Pay
