About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing global SaaS organization that delivers enterprise planning solutions powered by AI and machine learning. Our client is expanding their product engineering teams in France and seeking experienced Product Engineers who excel at translating customer problems into technical solutions that drive real business outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical delivery, and customer success. You'll own your product area from discovery through production, working closely with engineering teams and customers to build solutions that solve complex supply chain and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Own requirements end-to-end for your product area, from discovery through user acceptance testing and quality assurance, ensuring solutions address underlying problems rather than surface-level requests
  • Manage your deployed product through its full lifecycle: coordinate releases, gather structured customer feedback, and incorporate insights into subsequent iterations
  • Collaborate with your Engineering Manager to transform customer needs and usage data into prioritized team roadmaps grounded in measurable outcomes
  • Serve as a product and domain expert in customer-facing contexts, providing honest technical guidance and supporting scoping and feasibility assessments
  • Validate that delivered solutions genuinely meet customer expectations through ongoing quality gates and proactive expectation management
  • Mentor other Product Engineers and contribute to organizational product strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Deep understanding of customer workflows, goals, and pain points across a complete product area
  • Confidence to challenge stated customer requirements when evidence suggests alternative solutions, backed by experience mentoring other product professionals
  • Proven experience designing complex solutions that integrate data systems, AI/ML capabilities, user experience, and system integrations
  • Solid software engineering and DevOps skills with ability to build and deploy solutions using established frameworks
  • Comfort using AI tools in daily work and developing AI adoption strategies at an organizational level
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Valid work authorization for France
  • Bonus: experience working with international teams, exceptional communication skills, and strong organizational capabilities
