About This Opportunity

Our client, a mission-driven organization in the sustainable energy sector, is seeking a talented Working Student in Visual Design and Communication Design. This is a hybrid role based in Munich, starting at 12 hours per week, perfect for a design student who wants to contribute to meaningful climate solutions while developing professional skills.

We are representing this client in their search for creative talent who can help communicate complex energy topics through compelling visual design across digital and print channels.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging communication materials for web, social media, and print formats including infographics, layouts, templates, and animations
• Develop visual assets that strengthen and expand the organization's brand identity
• Translate creative briefs and content into production-ready design files
• Maintain consistency with existing brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Support the visual communication of sustainable energy solutions and climate technology topics

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in communication design, graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• Strong visual design sensibility with demonstrated ability to work within brand guidelines
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and ideally Photoshop)
• Hands-on approach to clearly defined tasks with consistent output
• Interest in the energy transition and sustainable technologies

Valued additional skills:

• Experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Figma animation)
• Comfort experimenting with AI-powered design tools for image generation, asset variation, or workflow automation
