(Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data platform organization seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team in Hamburg. In this role, you will:

• Plan, manage, and execute ranking projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate tasks and facilitate alignment between internal teams and external partners
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth delivery
• Identify risks early in the project lifecycle and develop pragmatic solutions
• Provide administrative support for certification sales activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of project management processes and standards

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification with a focus on business, communication, or project management
• Initial practical experience in project management through internships, working student positions, or early career roles
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• High degree of initiative, eagerness to learn, and innovative thinking with a solution-oriented mindset
• Good German and English language skills, both written and verbal
