Unser Mandant sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Business Consultant mit Schwerpunkt CRM/CSM, der Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Customer-Service-Prozesse begleitet und aktiv zum Ausbau des ServiceNow-Geschäfts beiträgt.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Beratung von Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation ihrer CRM- und Customer-Service-Prozesse auf Basis von ServiceNow
- Begleitung und Gestaltung von ServiceNow-Projekten von der Beratung und Konzeption über die Implementierung bis hin zum Betrieb und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Entwicklung passgenaue Konzepte und Lösungsstrategien im CRM- und/oder CSM-Umfeld
- Arbeit in agilen Projekten und Erstellung hochwertiger Features, Epics und User Stories, die fachliche Expertise mit technischem ServiceNow-Know-how verbinden
- Durchführung von Business-Analysen und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen für Prozesse und digitale Workflows
- Konfiguration von ServiceNow-Modulen und Unterstützung bei deren kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
- Wissensaustausch mit Consultants, Mentoring von Junior Consultants und aktiver Beitrag zum fachlichen Wachstum des Teams
- Zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau des ServiceNow-Geschäfts und aktive Einbringung von Ideen in die Weiterentwicklung des CRM- und CSM-Portfolios
Was wir suchen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im CRM- und/oder CSM-Umfeld
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im ServiceNow-Kontext (mindestens 4 Jahre, idealerweise mehr als 5 Jahre)
- Berufserfahrung in der Technologieberatung, Systemintegration oder in vergleichbaren beratungsnahen Rollen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Freude daran, als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT zu agieren
- Verständnis der Übersetzungsrolle zwischen Business und IT sowie Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse und im fachlichen Design
- Hohe Problemlösungs- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung und Prozessmodellierung
- Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Präsentationskompetenz
- Ganzheitlicher Blick auf Zusammenhänge und Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen im Gesamtbild einzuordnen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft für Beratungsprojekte innerhalb der DACH-Region
