About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI technology client in their search for an AI Product Engineer to join their London team. Our client is building sophisticated agentic systems for enterprise procurement workflows, backed by tier-one venture capital and tackling a multi-trillion-dollar market opportunity.
This is a rare chance to own the development of production LLM features and multi-agent architectures from the ground up, working directly with senior technical leadership on systems that serve Fortune 500 customers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development and deployment of LLM-based features and agentic workflows in production
- Design and implement novel agentic frameworks to orchestrate multi-agent collaboration
- Establish benchmarking standards for LLM performance, safety monitoring, and behavioral evaluation
- Build integration tooling that connects AI features to customer enterprise systems
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ship cutting-edge models and paradigms to demanding enterprise environments where accuracy and reliability are critical
What We're Looking For
- Proven engineering experience at product-driven technology companies with high code quality standards
- Demonstrated track record shipping LLM-based solutions to production environments
- Deep technical understanding of language model architectures and core computer science fundamentals
- Strong Python engineering skills with experience building features end-to-end
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment (London-based, 3 days per week in office)

Pay
The client offers £90,000 - £110,000 per annum plus competitive equity, enhanced parental leave, 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays, in-office meals, pension schemes, and an annual team retreat.
