Charter Sales Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential private aviation organization seeking a Charter Sales Representative to manage high-value client inquiries and close premium charter bookings. This is a fully remote role requiring availability during EST hours with rotating on-call coverage.

This relationship-driven sales position focuses on guiding high-net-worth clients through their private flight needs—from initial inquiry through booking confirmation and post-flight follow-up. You'll work closely with aviation operations teams to deliver white-glove service that drives repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified inbound charter inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Understand client travel requirements and recommend appropriate aircraft solutions
• Prepare quotes, discuss pricing, handle objections, and close high-ticket sales
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, corporate travelers, and high-net-worth individuals
• Deliver responsive, polished service across phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Coordinate aircraft selection, scheduling, pricing, and booking requirements with operations partners
• Maintain accurate CRM records of inquiries, quotes, bookings, and client activity in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage to support time-sensitive client requests
• Drive repeat business through proactive relationship management and follow-up

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or high-ticket client-facing roles
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Demonstrated ability to work with premium and high-value clients
• Strong organization, responsiveness, and follow-through
• CRM platform experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Ability to work EST hours with rotating on-call availability
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Preferred:

• Private aviation or charter sales experience
• Luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, yacht charter, real estate, or other high-ticket sales background
• Familiarity with charter quoting platforms
• Knowledge of private aircraft categories and charter operations
• Experience serving high-net-worth clientele with discretion and attention to detail
