Senior AI Creative Innovator (Paid Ads)

About This Role

We are representing a leading fintech organization in their search for a Senior AI Creative Innovator to develop AI-generated video and animated assets for paid advertising campaigns. This role will support global market growth and product launches across the APAC region.

You'll be at the forefront of AI-powered creative production, using generative tools to accelerate every phase of the design process—from concept to final delivery. This is an opportunity to shape how a high-growth technology company leverages AI for performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute high-impact creative assets for paid advertising and marketing campaigns, managing projects from initial brief through final delivery
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish
• Develop and maintain AIGC prompt libraries and internal visual resource systems to improve design efficiency
• Utilize fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack, including platforms like Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO, Seedance, and similar technologies
• Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions with clarity and conviction
• Partner with business development and regional market teams to produce and iterate on advertising creative

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in design with a focus on marketing, advertising, or performance creative—ideally in technology, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
• Active hands-on proficiency with AI image and animation creative tools, with proven ability to translate AI capabilities into performing creatives and measurable business outcomes
• Comfort working at speed in a remote environment while maintaining high-quality output
• Experience collaborating with business development and local market teams on ad creative production
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English required to collaborate across multilingual, cross-regional teams
• Strong presentation skills and ability to advocate for design decisions
