Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential IT services organization in Münster seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator. In this role, you will:
- Administer, operate, and optimize Windows Server environments and Linux systems to ensure smooth IT operations
- Monitor IT infrastructure using monitoring tools (e.g., Icinga2), analyze issues, and implement sustainable solutions
- Support network components, database systems, and Microsoft 365/Azure environments while contributing to their continuous improvement
- Automate recurring administrative tasks using PowerShell, contribute to IT security enhancements, and continuously develop existing processes and systems
What We're Looking For
- Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist (System Integration), university degree in Computer Science or a technical field, or comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge in Windows Server administration and foundational Linux operating system experience
- Experience with monitoring tools, ideally Icinga2
- Network management experience with switches and firewalls is a plus
- Fluent German language skills (C1 level)
