Senior Customer Success & Solutions Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing B2B technology company based in Rosenheim that is transforming how manufacturing organizations approach production planning. Our client combines production expertise, data intelligence, and AI to deliver automated, KPI-driven planning solutions that enable better operational decisions.

As their customer base expands, they need an experienced Senior Customer Success & Solutions Manager to take ownership of complex client relationships, drive successful project implementations, and help build scalable customer success processes from the ground up.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Rosenheim with an office-first model and hybrid flexibility. You'll work directly with the founding team and have genuine influence from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop long-term relationships with demanding B2B clients in manufacturing sectors
• Prepare, facilitate, and moderate customer workshops; structure requirements, processes, and planning objectives
• Actively contribute to configuration and KPI validation projects, including process analysis, system configuration, KPI definition, and results validation
• Manage customer projects across scope, timeline, quality, communication, risk, and handover to ongoing service delivery
• Identify customer risks, technical ambiguities, and escalations early; drive resolution with stakeholders
• Recognize upselling and expansion opportunities; develop these in a customer-focused manner
• Develop standards, templates, and methodologies for customer success, project delivery, and solution implementation
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner for leadership and the business team, actively contributing your expertise

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in at least two of: Customer Success, Solution Consulting, B2B Consulting, Implementation Management, Project Management, or consultative B2B sales
• Proven track record of independently managing complex B2B customer relationships
• Experience leading customer projects both functionally and organizationally
• Ability to translate complex, unclear requirements into concrete decisions and actionable work packages
• Strong stakeholder management, expectation management, and escalation handling skills
• Commercial understanding of customer development and upselling
• High degree of autonomy and enthusiasm for hands-on work in a build-phase environment
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and very good English
• Helpful but not required: experience with production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, SaaS, or software implementations
