Delivery Solutions Architect – Startups & Emerging Enterprise

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data platform organization in their search for a Delivery Solutions Architect focused on startup and emerging enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact role where you'll serve as the technical leader guiding customers from technical win through successful production deployment and ongoing growth.

In this hybrid technical-commercial position, you'll accelerate platform adoption by orchestrating cross-functional teams, building executive relationships, and creating strategic execution plans. You'll be the accountable technical leader for complex use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of workloads while ensuring maximum value and return on investment for your assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for priority use cases within strategic customer accounts
• Serve as the accountable technical leader across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders, creating certainty and driving workloads from design through go-live
• Act as first point of contact for technical issues related to production status of agreed-upon use cases
• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand full use case demand plans for prioritized customers
• Coordinate with Professional Services on delivery engagement proposals and execution plans
• Leverage shared services, user education, onboarding, and support resources; escalate to subject matter experts as needed
• Partner with product and engineering teams on innovations, private previews, and upgrades
• Develop comprehensive execution plans covering main use cases moving to production, enablement/user growth, product adoption, and cost optimization
• Provide regular KPI reporting on usage, customer health, investment status, key risks, and use case progression
• Conduct discovery workshops, create strategic roadmaps, and manage delivery of complex programs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project/program delivery in data and AI domains
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Background in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables
• Technical program or project management experience, including accountability for accounts, stakeholders, and resources
• Proven experience resolving complex, high-stakes escalations with senior customer executives
• Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets
• Ability to contribute to technical debate and design choices alongside customers
• Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops and business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
