GTM Recruiter – Mexico

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing hospitality technology company in their search for a GTM Recruiter based in Mexico. Our client operates a global platform serving properties across 150+ countries and is experiencing rapid expansion throughout Latin America. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on go-to-market hiring, with primary responsibility for outbound Enterprise and Mid Market Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement positions across Mexico and the broader LATAM region.

You'll occasionally support hiring in other functions including Customer Success and Technology, giving you diverse exposure and professional growth opportunities. This is a fully remote position with a collaborative, globally distributed talent team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Mexico, including outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement positions
• Execute competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates at target organizations
• Conduct thorough talent mapping for each search, building comprehensive market intelligence before initiating outreach
• Support hiring for Customer Success and Technology roles as needed, applying the same rigorous sourcing standards
• Partner with GTM hiring managers and local leadership to understand market dynamics and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Build consultative relationships with stakeholders, aligning hiring approaches directly with business objectives
• Manage all recruitment activities through Greenhouse ATS, maintaining accurate data and transparent communication
• Contribute process improvements and share market intelligence on the GTM talent landscape in Mexico
• Stay current on Mexican and LATAM compensation benchmarks, competitor talent movements, and hiring trends

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company, or an agency serving the SaaS market
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence hiring managers and senior leadership
• Proven track record hiring across GTM functions, particularly outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement roles
• Demonstrated sourcing expertise and ability to identify passive candidates
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and modern sourcing tools
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into recruiting workflows
• Technical comfort with G Suite, Slack, Zoom, and ability to quickly adopt new platforms
• Fluent Spanish and strong professional English, both written and verbal
• Based in Mexico or another LATAM country

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Customer Success and Technology hiring
• Experience recruiting for hospitality technology or vertical SaaS businesses
• Expertise recruiting sales talent within the hospitality tech sector in Mexico
• Track record building structured sourcing processes beyond individual searches
• Familiarity with sales talent assessment methodologies or competency-based interview frameworks
