VP of Marketing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in a strategic VP of Marketing search. Our client is an established company entering an exciting growth phase, shifting to an AI-driven organization with a redefined ideal customer profile and go-to-market motion. This is a rare opportunity to lead full-funnel marketing for a product-led company that values craft, autonomy, and meaningful work.

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates based in the United States.

Responsibilities

As VP of Marketing, you will:

• Own marketing revenue targets and KPIs, building the engine that drives growth beyond individual campaigns
• Lead three functional teams across Brand & Content, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing, each with a direct report managing that area
• Drive the company's strategic narrative forward, translating AI-native positioning into compelling market messaging and targeting strategies
• Support the complete customer journey from initial awareness through expansion, viewing marketing as an integrated system
• Integrate AI capabilities into both team operations and product marketing strategies to increase velocity and intelligence
• Use data to guide decisions, test assumptions, and adjust strategies based on market signals
• Establish clear planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms that enable teams to perform at their best
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations to shape and execute go-to-market strategies
• Manage modern marketing systems, automation platforms, and emerging AI tools to drive efficiency and scale

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Marketing leadership or Head of Growth experience at a B2B SaaS company in the $30M–$150M ARR range
• Proven track record of accountability to revenue-oriented outcomes and metrics
• Experience leading marketing organizations through narrative shifts or repositioning efforts
• Demonstrated ability to align teams, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution around new strategic directions

Essential Qualities:

• A clear point of view on how AI is transforming marketing operations and customer acquisition
• Experience navigating organizational change including pricing shifts, growth challenges, or transitions requiring disciplined execution
• High standards combined with the ability to elevate team performance
• Strong remote communication skills with empathy and clarity
• Comfort balancing performance goals with long-term vision
• Bias toward shipping, measuring results, and iterating quickly

Pay

Pay details will be discussed during the screening process with our recruiting team. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and market data.
