Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Client Service Associate to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to their advisor teams. In this role, you will:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, prepare documentation, and manage follow-up activities
- Process client requests including beneficiary updates, address changes, required minimum distributions, and account transfers with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain current client information in CRM and management systems
- Coordinate and prepare compliant meeting materials for advisors
- Assist with new business documentation, account openings, and ongoing account maintenance
- Monitor and complete branch operational activities, including audits, compliance requests, and internal reporting
- Support marketing initiatives, client events, and communication campaigns
- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of customer service experience with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly
- 2+ years managing multiple priorities and projects while demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- 2+ years working with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems in both independent and collaborative settings
- Willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7 and 66) within 120 days of hire
- Comfort utilizing AI tools in daily work (1+ years preferred)
- Availability to travel 10-15% as needed
- Client service orientation with commitment to exceeding expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build lasting relationships
- Initiative, adaptability, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Current securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
- 1+ years of financial services or administrative support experience
- Prior experience supporting financial advisors or branch operations
