About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential EdTech client seeking an experienced Communication & Public Speaking Coach to work with professionals looking to strengthen their presentation and interpersonal skills. This is a remote, flexible opportunity for coaches who can set their own hours and deliver virtual sessions.

Our client connects individuals with expert coaching to help them achieve career goals. As a coach on their platform, you'll guide clients through core presentation techniques, active listening, nonverbal communication, cross-cultural communication, persuasion and influence, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution. You'll also help clients leverage emerging tools, including AI fundamentals and automation, to enhance their communication work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one virtual coaching sessions focused on communication and public speaking skills
• Teach core presentation techniques and effective communication strategies
• Guide clients in developing active listening, nonverbal communication, and cross-cultural communication competencies
• Coach on persuasion, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Introduce AI tools and automation techniques applicable to communication work
• Create structured coaching plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain a high-quality, supportive experience for every client
• Set your own availability and session rates

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience as a communication or public speaking professional (speaker, trainer, corporate facilitator, or industry expert)
• Strong track record of helping others communicate with clarity and confidence
• Clear, structured approach to skill-building and real-world application
• Ability to adapt coaching techniques to diverse client backgrounds and goals
• Comfortable working in a virtual, tech-enabled environment
• Self-directed and able to manage your own schedule
• Passion for helping professionals reach ambitious career milestones
