About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global talent network platform seeking a Talent Coach to join their remote team. This role offers the opportunity to coach world-class professionals across engineering, design, and project management disciplines from over 100 countries. You'll work with an entrepreneurial coaching team to elevate performance standards and deliver exceptional service quality across the platform.

Our client operates a fully distributed workforce model, and this position is open to candidates in LATAM, Canada, Europe, and the USA. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available, and all applications must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching support to network professionals, offering actionable guidance on project management, communication skills, and professional conduct
• Address and remediate performance issues through personalized coaching sessions and curated development resources
• Investigate historical performance data to assess professional standing within the network
• Review interview recordings to ensure compliance with platform standards and provide coaching on best practices
• Design and deliver live webinars and group coaching sessions to prevent common performance and communication challenges
• Evaluate coaching requests, prioritize cases, and determine optimal coaching methods (individual, technical, group, or online learning)
• Document coaching activities to measure impact and support scalable, ROI-positive program development
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of coaching operations through process improvement

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of experience in performance management, in-house coaching, or HR business partner roles
• Experience working with technical professionals (developers, designers, etc.) or understanding of technical skill sets is a strong plus
• Customer-centric communicator with exceptional video conferencing, messaging, and email etiquette
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback objectively while guiding professionals toward productive action
• Action-oriented coaching style with the ability to synthesize multiple data points into clear, executable plans
• Strong decision-making capabilities when working with limited information, aligned with team goals and priorities
• Self-starter mentality with resourcefulness and accountability suitable for remote work environments
• Adaptability to rapidly evolving processes and priorities
• Commitment to continuous improvement and openness to challenging feedback
