Senior CRO Manager

This is a performance-focused role where you'll own the entire optimization process and be directly rewarded for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete optimization cycles from research and hypothesis development through design, testing, and rollout
• Conduct comprehensive funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify high-impact conversion opportunities
• Create detailed UI/UX mockups that communicate your optimization vision while maintaining brand standards
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate test implementation and deployment
• Analyze test results with statistical rigor and make confident decisions on scaling successful experiments
• Build and maintain a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion improvement
• Present insights and outcomes clearly to stakeholders, building alignment across teams
• Document learnings and maintain detailed quality standards throughout the optimization process

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, preferably with subscription or SaaS conversion funnels
• Documented track record of achieving significant conversion rate improvements
• Strong UI/UX sensibility with ability to create compelling, detailed mockups
• Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar experimentation tools
• Exceptional attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
• Ownership mentality: self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being accountable for performance outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Located within approximately ± 4 hours of Central European Time (CET) for optimal collaboration

Nice to Have:

• Experience with marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement
• Strong project management capabilities with ability to prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
