SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SAP consulting organization seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their remote team. In this role, you will:

• Advise clients on security and authorization topics within the SAP ecosystem, with primary focus on SuccessFactors modules, Concur, and SAP HCM
• Work with security tools such as SAP Access Control, SAP IAG, One Identity Manager, Pathlock SAST, and Xiting XAMS
• Leverage generative AI to enhance products and optimize workflows
• Take a leading role in audit engagements and consulting projects at client sites
• Conduct internal and external workshops on HR process topics, particularly security and authorization frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in modern SAP technologies including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable training
• Several years of experience with Human Resource cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, and Analytics
• Familiarity with Concur and external HR software solutions is highly desirable
• Self-directed work style with strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
• Very good German language skills (minimum B2 level) and good English proficiency
• Passion for technology, consulting excellence, and AI-driven methodologies
