Alternance – Assistant(e) Chef de Projet Opérations (H/F)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fashion organization seeking an Operations Project Assistant for a 12-month alternance (apprenticeship) starting January 2027 in Paris, France.

Working within the Operations Projects team, you will support global logistics operations growth and performance optimization across cost, quality, delivery times, customer experience, and sustainability initiatives. Your alternance will expose you to diverse projects including RFID implementation across logistics activities and process automation/robotization initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Project Manager in steering cross-functional projects from scoping through production launch to post go-live stabilization
• Preparing project meetings and delivering regular reporting on project cost, timelines, and quality
• Defining performance indicators and consolidating gains generated by projects
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of logistics projects
• Participating in tender processes by contributing to functional specification documents
• Analyzing and comparing received proposals based on specifications
• Conducting competitive and technical benchmarking to stay informed of industry developments
• Presenting analyses and proposing process improvements aligned with logistics priorities and project roadmap

What We're Looking For

You are a student in engineering school, business school with a logistics specialization, or equivalent university program seeking a final-year alternance.

• Strong analytical and communication capabilities
• Ability to propose solutions and drive initiatives
• Interest in working within an international environment
• Fluent English required
