What This Role Involves

• Responding to emergency calls and providing assistance to stranded drivers
• Diagnosing and resolving common vehicle issues

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with jump starts, tire changes, and other basic vehicle needs
• Using diagnostic tools to identify and address vehicle issues
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
• Documenting all interactions and services provided

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
