Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential client in the construction services sector. They're seeking a results-driven Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to join their remote team. This is a full-time independent contractor position based in the Philippines, working US business hours.

You'll be the critical first point of contact with prospects, responsible for sparking interest, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires confidence, persistence, and the ability to bounce back quickly after rejection.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in the construction industry
• Identify and qualify decision-makers within target organizations
• Deliver compelling opening pitches and handle early-stage objections professionally
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team to pursue
• Maintain accurate call outcomes and lead status documentation in CRM systems (HubSpot)
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles
• Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills
• Resilience and comfort with rejection; ability to maintain momentum call-to-call
• Strong active listening skills and ability to think quickly during conversations
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and data entry best practices
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional home workspace
• Availability to work US business hours
• US market calling experience is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with construction, real estate, or property management terminology is a plus
• Previous B2B sales support experience is beneficial

Pay
